If the piece you have ordered is in stock, we will ship it out in 2 - 3 business days. At this time, our expected lead time is 3-5 weeks for any made-to-order items.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want every customer to be absolutely happy with their purchase. If your piece isn’t quite right, in-stock items that are new and unworn may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Because Made to Order jewelry is handcrafted just for you, refunds aren’t available.
For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on earrings or piercing jewelry that have been worn.
