Most of our jewelry is currently made to order. Please be aware that the production time for made-to-order pieces typically ranges from 3 to 5 weeks. However, if an item is in stock, it will be dispatched within 2-3 business days.

We want every customer to be absolutely happy with their purchase. If your piece isn’t quite right, in-stock items that are new and unworn may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Made to Order jewelry is handcrafted specifically for you, so it is final sale and not eligible for refunds. That said, if something feels off when your piece arrives, please contact us—we’ll always do our best to evaluate and support you on a case-by-case basis.

For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on earrings or piercing jewelry that have been worn.

Returns are not possible for “Final sale” items.

All our pieces are made with the best 10K & 14K solid yellow & white gold along with a few select pieces which are made of sterling silver. We will never use any kind of vermeil, plating, or filled gold as we believe jewelry should last a lifetime.

Solid gold is tarnish free, naturally waterproof and extremely durable so you can wear it everyday without fear of damage.
