Most of our jewelry is currently made to order. Please be aware that the production time for made-to-order pieces typically ranges from 4 to 6 weeks. However, if an item is in stock, it will be dispatched within 3 business days.

We are happy to offer free returns here at Nadiya. We accept returns in new condition with original packaging, which means tags and jewelry cards attached as well as jewelry bag(s) and gift box, for all orders. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your jewelry to submit a return.

Returns are not possible for “Final sale” items.

All our pieces are made with the best 10K solid yellow & white gold along with a few select pieces which are made of sterling silver. We will never use any kind of vermeil, plating, or filled gold as we believe jewelry should last a lifetime.

10K solid gold is tarnish free, naturally waterproof and extremely durable so you can wear it everyday without fear of damage.
