Return & Exchange Policy
We want every customer to be absolutely happy with their purchase. If your piece isn’t quite right it may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on earrings or piercing jewelry that have been worn.
How to Complete a Return
To return jewelry item(s):
1. Email support@nadiyajewelry.com with the following subject line: Return Requested Order Number: xxx
2. After we approve your return, we'll send you your shipping label via email within 1 business day. Please pack your order (including pouches & gift boxes) and mail it back.
3. Your refund will post 2-3 days after delivery.
