Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Because Made to Order jewelry is handcrafted just for you, refunds aren’t available. However, we’re glad to offer exchanges (U.S. only) or provide a store credit. For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on earrings or piercing jewelry that have been worn.
